My Personal Wishes, LLC is a culmination of the dreams of three estate planning attorneys, Thomas J. Mann, Scot W. Overdorf, and Steven P. Riley. Each of the three founding attorneys has a diverse background and was able to utilize his unique abilities in the creation of the Company.

• Thomas J. Mann has over 10 years of legal technology experience as well as an extensive legal & technical background. He was the former director of technology for a national organization of estate planning attorneys. Tom is the founder of Legal Software Consulting, LLC, a company that assists law firms in the area of practice management and document automation. Tom lives in Omaha, Nebraska.
  
• Scot W. Overdorf has over 17 years of experience in the practice of law, primarily in estate planning. He currently maintains a private practice in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is also a nationally recognized speaker and educator in the areas of estate planning and retirement plans. He was the former director of education for a national organization of estate planning attorneys. Scot is also the founder of TrustIT, LLC, a consulting and coaching organization providing paperless solutions for the small business owner.
  
•  Steven P. Riley has over 15 years of experience in the practice of law, with an emphasis on estate planning. He currently maintains a private practice in Tampa, Florida. An “entrepreneur” in the true sense of the word, Steve has successfully started many different businesses. He is also the founder of Coach for Life, Inc., a coaching organization that assists entrepreneurs in building their businesses and transforming their lives.

Our Investors. In addition to the three initial founders, we have over twenty additional investors who recognize the significance of our company and the value that we provide. Many of our investors are practicing estate planning attorneys who constantly advise and guide us. Without their encouragement and support our company would not be possible. Our thanks go out to them.
